Security and privacy

- The AI never receives your client name fields; it works from a random code.
- Ollie never saves, changes or deletes a note, logs hours, or adds a client, goal or event on his own. He prepares a draft or a card, and your clinician reviews and confirms it.
- We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before any client data goes in.

Questions practice owners ask
Does SLPcentral replace our EHR?
No, by design. SLPcentral is the documentation layer: clinicians collect data in session and review Ollie’s drafts there, and the finished notes go into your EHR. Your EHR stays your system of record for billing, scheduling and claims.
What happens when a clinician leaves?
During the founding pilot I handle it with you personally. How seats and client records move when someone leaves is part of the team plan we’re building with founding practices, and it’s written into the agreement we sign before you start.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before any client data goes in.
Can we pilot first?
Yes: free for 14 days, with 2–3 of your clinicians.
Who onboards us?
The founder, personally. I set up each clinician in the pilot and stay your point of contact.
